ARMOR COAT 50

Armor Coat 50 (AC50) was designed to give customers a competitive edge by balancing cost and performance. As with all of the AC series topcoats, AC 50 is manufactured using one of the industry’s premier 100% acrylic polymers.

AC 50 was developed primarily for use directly over spray in-place polyurethane foam due to its excellent adhesive qualities as well as its superior reflectivity making it extremely UV stable to protect your roof from the intense heat and the sun’s damaging ultra-violet rays encountered in the Southwestern United States.

Excellent for use over polyurethane foam, metal, asphalt emulsions, masonry, asphalt shingles, cap sheet, plywood and concrete. Some substrates may require the use of a specialty primer prior to application. Always consult with manufacturer prior to starting any job to make sure products are being used in accordance with manufacturers recommended application guidelines.

ARMOR SHIELD RC

Armor Shield RC (ASRC} is a high-grade topcoat designed specifically for the recoat market to be applied over most previously coated roofs as well as some bare substrates. ASRC is not for use directly over sprayed-in-place polyurethane foam.

ASRC is manufactured using some of the industries’ premier blended acrylic resins and is formulated to provide excellent adhesion to previously acrylic coated roofs. Use when you desire a highly reflective, long lasting alternative to assist you with prolonging the life of your roof while keeping your energy costs down and your building envelope cooler. It has been specifically formulated to remain UV stable to better resist the damaging ultra-violet rays encountered in the scorching climates found in the Southwestern United States.

A specialty primer may be required for some applications. Always consult with manufacturer prior to starting any job to make sure that products being used are done so in accordance with manufacturer’s recommended application guidelines.

ARMOR PRIME

Armor Prime is a single component clear, weatherproof, elastomeric penetrating sealer. It provides good penetration of porous substrates both above and below grade. Armor Prime also improves adhesion to many substrates including, but not limited to BUR modified bitumen, concrete, masonry, galvanized metal, wood decking as well as previously sprayed polyurethane foam.

When purchased in its black form, Armor Prime helps to speed up the burn off of dew in the morning by increasing the deck temperature as well as increases the exothermic reaction of sprayed in-place polyurethane foam which can increase your overall yield.

ARMOR PUTTY

Armor Putty is a premium quality patching compound manufactured using some of the industry’s most advanced, highest quality, water-based, non-toxic, 100% acrylic polymer resins. It is a high solids, water-based sealant which, once fully cured, provides a water resistant and extremely flexible membrane.

Armor Putty can be applied by brush, trowel or hand to gaps on abutting substrates as well as filling cracks on parapet walls, protrusions, joints, fasteners, flashing and seams. It may also be used in conjunction with polyester fabric to three course areas of the roof that may require additional reinforcement. Consult with manufacturer for any/all application specific recommendations prior to starting your install.

AC POLYSHIELD 2500

AC PolyShield is a sprayed-in-place, nominal 40 psi compressive strength, rigid, HFC-blown, closed-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing system. This two-component SPF consists of Armor Isocyanate A Component and AC PolyShield 2500 B Component resin. AC PolyShield 2500 provides an R-value of 6.3 per inch and a continuous insulation without thermal breaks. AC PolyShield 2500 SPF roofing systems provide excellent wind uplift resistance, are self[1]flashing and seamless, and the closed-cell nature provides a durable, leak-resistant roof.
